Acknowledged Move Reports to folders

Affected world(s):zz2 (but most probably all)

Reproduction steps:

1. .Need to have administrator enabled and some unread reports
2. .Click on reports from left menu
3. .Click on "Mark all as read" Button
4. .Selected reports that were now marked as read
5. .Try to move them to a folder
6. .Unable to move. You get below screenshot error message

Detailed error description (What you see):
If unread reports are marked as read using button, you are unable to move then to folders.
Instead of reports you get a URL...
You need to close reports window (and maybe also press F5), reopen reports window, mark them and now you are able to move them.

How it should be:
You should be able to move them (without reopening window) just after marking them all as read!!!

Some more info for issue

Exist even if only one report was marked as read after using the "Mark all as read" Button
In order to finally move reports, there is no need to close the report window. Swapping tabs i.e. from Inbox go to Trade and back to Inbox

is enough to allow you to move the report or reports....
(so no need to close and reopen the reports window)
