Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Leveling up Barracks

Is it normal for Barracks level 5 to 6 upgrade time to be 6 minutes, while level 6 to 7 be 4:09 minutes??

No spells or anything else....

and time from 7 to 8 is 06:55 minutes....

Some levels' building times are constant regardless on world speed. So, it's 'normal'

Yes, it's actually correct.

Due to balancing reasons some levels at the start have a fixed building time (not speed dependant) and this means that the first level(s) affected by the speed may require a litte less time than usual.

Good that all is working fine....

When I had read out the "balancing" my mind went to balance accordingly each level, but always the level before have less "requirements" than the next (time, materials)
