Reproduction steps:

Detailed error description (What you see):
Some towns in command bubble menu don't have hyperlinks. In Administrator's command menu it's ok
I checked - all not-hyperlinked town from one player.

How it should be:
All real towns should have hyperlinks in command bubble menu

I can't reproduce it, so let's follow the usual procedure.
Are all scripts disabled?
Did you try a force refresh (Ctrl+F5)?

Yes, I haven't any scripts on this computer.
As I remember, I saw this bug earlier with attacks... may be it depends on count of commands?
After refresh it was ok. But if I have many close attacks and not good internet, refresh is not good.
