Since there is no reply here:

When the bug was reported in the German forum last Friday (once again), players were referring to the related bug reports of the last two years. Each time we were told that the bug was fixed after Christmas and each year we find out that it wasn´t.

The German community managers have already reported this year´s bug report back to Hamburg and expressed their regrets that they can do nothing more than report it again and again.
