Reproduction steps:
After a town you had reserved is taken by another player then in the reservation list as owner you still get the entry "Ghost Town" and not the name of the new owner.
So you still appea as having reservered a ghost town despite this town is not a ghost town anymore.
How it should be:
As long as town is not a ghost town anylonger, it should display correct details of current owner.
