• The free population available in some towns could go out of sync and display a lower number.

May I ask, if it displayed only or was calculated with the lower number?

As far as I know, it should be not only a visual display and it was discussed in the german forum, maybe you know more than me on this one

Indeed, I checked the forum. As Í know in the last case, the script doesn't work and so the player couldn't build his building again as of missing population. another player has already told the tale of the desaster between destroying and rebuilding. so the bugfix could be erverything. I guess, the solution will be only show a wrong number.

After this fix everything should be back to the usual state (the displayed number can be slightly wrong in some rare cases but the script solves it easily).
