we didn't get any other complaints, so clearing cookies and cache should be helpfull, as Mim le Fay said.

Since I received quite a lot of ingame complaints (on Beta, on .de, on .it) while the extra bonuses of the birthday event were active, it´s strange that none of those got through to you. As it seems people have become tired of reporting issues when they always receive the same unhelpful answers (or none at all).

With the birthday celebration (and most of the community goal bonuses) over and gone, everything should be back to normal now.
