Standard requirements for city festival are 15000 wood. 18000 rock, 15000 coins. In some of my cities I seem to get city festival for 14500 wood, 17500 rock, 18200 coins. Any reason why as other cities I need the standard amounts
Have also found when giving kingly gift I get an increase in all 3 resources
