Fixed Building queue not clearing

Steps to reproduce:

Detailed error description (What you see): I had stuff in building queue and used an efficient architect (epic) token. That token reduced time of first building to below 5mins, so I clicked on free.
It hasn't removed that building from the queue and is stuck. I closed browser, cleared cookies, reopened browser, and its still there.
How it should be:
It should have completed the build and removed it from the building queue

In addition to the above I have also refreshed a couple of times with no result. I have now lost 18 mins of the 30 mins of that token, as building queue was full and can't queue any more buildings due to first one not clearing

For now yes. But I haven't got another building buff to try. I have to wait 14 mins until I can click on the free complete to check. Thanks
