In case you report a bug through a ticket, are you still entitled for the gold bonus reward??
or the reward is given only in cases where bug is reported through the forum??

Why?
Sometimes I/we couldn't report it on forum concerning the matter of the reports.

When a bug is reported on the forum, it is acknowledged by the other players who can also provide more details and help in reproducing it. This can't happen if the bug is reported via ticket.

Unless the bug is a gamebreaker and may be better to report it on a private way, for the vast majority if reports it is much better to have them on the forum

But you are right Next time, I will comunicate in forum a short version and sent the reports via ticket, so we could help us all together for hunting bugs

Iam not able to start sandbox 7 since the last update. So I wasn't able to push the button for Grepolympia before its end!!!
