Fixed Bug report bar covered by server update bar

The link is working again, but looks like since last patch/reboot instead of getting the link to bug report, it keeps saying that
"all game servers will be updated shortly"

and it keeps prompting so since morning reboots.....

seems like a bug on the bug bar!!!

If you get that message every morning while servers get updated it should be ok.

If you see that link the whole day, maybe you should try clearing cache and cookies from your browser.

On zz1 and zz5 everything is okay, but on zz2 the situation is as described by galanoulis.
