Bugfixes
- The descriptions of some powers in the simulator were missing parameters/showing placeholders.
- FIxed an issue that prevented the correct start of World Wonders.
- The layout of the reports overview had some issues with report descriptions longer than one line.
- Events tabs in the alliance overview did not show their content.
- Town transfer did not work in some cases.
- Reducing recruitment time did not work from barracks and harbour.
