Bugfixes
- Selecting farming villages with the "select all" button didn't count towards the Village Management tutorial quest.
- Looted resources in battle reports weren't displayed properly.
- The Supporter of the Day was assigned to the wrong player in some rare cases.
- BB-Codes of deleted players/alliances were causing small issues around the alliance forum.
