Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Atts with 1 sword from 14K city

seems to be still possible for some people to turn a 14K LD city into many spam atts with one sword each. A larger amount should actually be needed by the second Attend at the latest.

You certainly know that the number of troops/population needed for an attack depends on the population currently used for troops, not on the points of the city? A player sending attacks with one sword is admitting that he currently has only very few troops in that city (since he must use at least 3% of the population used for troops for any attack). Maybe he has just conquered it, maybe he has lost that city´s troops elsewhere, and he is using the situation to check the harbours of his neighbours.

I cannot see a bug here, at least not without any additional information.

The 3% rule is cited to me. But that also says that this is to be used in relation to the previously built units. So if he makes 30 attacks daily, with one heavy, he can not attack only with a heavy day on the fourth day. So with me that does not work. If I lost my units, I can not attack a city in the way back. Apart from that, whom the Schwerti I can not get a port scan.

Sorry, that is not correct. The rule says that you need to use at least 3% of the troops you have currently available in the city. As long as you lose and keep losing your units, and as long as the single swordsman is 3% of the troops built and presently "alive" in that city, you can send 1-unit attacks.

And you will get information about the harbour, even if that single unit dies in the attack.
