Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Artifact from Olympus world does not affect the heroes

Reproduction steps: When i open the "Heroes Council" and go to "recruitment",other heroes have the affect from Golden Fleece and other don't have it.For example the hero Aristotele cost 105 coins from 105 and the Medea cost 40 coins from 40 coins,nothing change.

How it should be: The "Golden Fleece" gives the owner a permanent 10% reduction to training costs for Heroes that's mean one hero cost for example 100 coins after the affect must cost:
->100 coins before the affect
->100*10%=10 100-10=90 coins after the affect

I think you are mixing up recruitment costs and training costs.

The "Golden Fleece" artifact reduces the training costs for heroes, not their recruitment costs. Many players got confused by the wrong or at least contradictory information provided at the beginning (in the announcement) when we were told that the Golden Fleece would affect the recruitment costs (which makes no sense but might be an additional option).
