Not a Bug/Cannot reproduce Alliance forum Tabs creation problems

Mod rights are not sufficient for that task. Only leaders and founders can administrate the alliance forums (i.e. create new tabs, delete tabs, share tabs with other alliances, move tabs, etc.).

So, check your rights in your ally firstly. If you have sufficient rights, you should attach a more detailed description and a screenshot as we can just guess what or where your problem is.
