Reproduction steps:
Using the Overview, you can select any, Trade, Commands. When you select BUILDINGS it does not load, says network error and stays on the last register you used.:

It works fine for me on chrome and firefox.
Have you tried disabling scripts and doing a force refresh? (ctrl + f5)

I just did, refreshed the browser, still not working. I forgot to mention I use an iMac, not Windows. So not working here... actually, all the others are working fine. used several times "culture" for ex.

Same issue here too...
With Windows PC and Chrome.....

If select building option from administrator you get

But if you are on another tab of administrator e.g. culture you get the content of that last tab...

How many cities are in the group you are trying to manage?

Could you try creating a test group with a few towns and check if you still get that error when the test group is selected?

It does occur on the default "all town" group

If I select a custom group (even with 540 towns) issue does not occur.

in my office I use Windows 7 and tried now on IE (öööh) and Chrome, and it is not working yet. I have unfort. no city groups, so its 788 cities.

It seems this issue is indeed caused by the high number of cities in a group.
We will let the devs know about this. Meanwhile, you could use smaller city groups as a temporary workaround to get the job done
