Fixed Administrator: Commands Overview filters

Reproduction steps:

1. .Open Commands Overview tab from Administrator options

Detailed error description (What you see):
At the bottom of the commands over view (at least until yesterday) ther used to be icon filters in order to filter the commansa according to type i.e. naval units, support, colony ship, etc
Those icons are now missing

How it should be:
At the bottom of the windows the filter icons should appear.

I tried just now, for me works just fine.
check again the browser and screen zoom.
and also try to scroll down to the list, maybe there is a problem if the list is too long.

I checked this morning and I can confirm that the filters/icons were missing, as described and shown by galanoulis. I don´t use user scripts, I have no zoom issue, and while the list of commands was long on zz16, the list was empty on zz2. I checked on two devices, and the icons were missing on both worlds.

Maybe the issue was fixed with today´s update.

Today's update didn't have anything in particular related to this issue, but indeed it could be that if something was missing the new deployment automatically fixed it.
