Academy - Reset Button

My question is, what happens if you hit the reset button in the academy?

if you have reserched smth you can then downgrade the reserch, but for this purpose you need cultural points (see Agora). Of you have noticed there are a lot of technologies but limited research points, so you need to think over what is neccessary for you to reserch. some reserches are needed at the begging and some are not, so you may reserch them now and then reset. or perhaps, you've reserched smth by mistake, so again you'll have the possibility to reset it and get back reserch points.

so it is. as far as i've understand

Does anyone have a complete list of all the techs I could look at please?

Just click on the academy. If you don't have one, just build one.

You only get 120 Research Points to spend on Techs or 132 if you build a Library. All Techs would cost 194 RP so you have to pick and choose which ones you want to research.

as well as the cost of a cultural point for resetting research, would you on the other hand be refunded a percentage or all of your resources used for that tech?

You do not get any resources refunded from resetting a technology. You do however get all of the research points which is the only reason you would want to reset.
