I can always cast any spell on my own city. Just not at others. I can click the spell, but nothing happens. I'm really early in development, so I can't really test it thoroughly (other spells, from other cities etc). Latest Firefox ver. PC.

Oh, NOW I got it right! I think I didn't that. Then this report is invalid! Sorry for wasting your time and many thanks for the explanation!!! ;) If I can make a suggestion, this particulaer effect, needs a better (more thoroughly) explanation (for players not familiar with it). THANKS...

Oh, I'm not sure! I selected it (at my inventory) and I applied it to my city. Then I made several attacks, and this effect seemed to be active at my (successful) attacks, yet it remained at initial level. I meaybe missing something. Not sure though, what it is.

Exactly that's why I posted! :) I used it multiple times, yet it's still lvl.1.

Seems to be stack at level 1. I made several successful attacks, at other players, but I'm still at lvl.1. SB 17 world. Firefox latest.

OK. Now everything is clear to me. Thanks! EDIT: I went on and I paid the 100 coins and indeed I got the award. No! I didn't want it so badly, but I was very curious anyway!!! :D

I think I found the source of the problem! :-) Spin No.16, has all the presents there (because I didn't spin it), so the refill option is grayed out. However, spinning is available as an option, for 100 gold coins. Since I never spin it, I think it should be available for free. Should I go on...

Ooops! :eek: Sorry Archi, I didn't show your question (and I never received a mail notification). No, I didn't have this effect with other powers. Anyway! The problem is now solved (after the latest update). Bye! :)

Improved attack, is not visible (in the Sea (or Land) Attack window). However, it is active and works correctly.
