looks like the cultural overview is broken on zz2 Untill evening there were 4 towns per line now it is 3 and there is a space left instead of the 4 per line

Last couple of hours I noticed that In all my towns, population has been reduced by 3 For example towns that user to have 0 free population , now all appear to have -3 server zz2
