Acknowledged Anniversary effects appear before start

Reproduction steps:

1. click on the eye in the lower right corner
2. go to "effects"

Detailed error description (What you see):
I can see what effects are planned during the anniversary effect weekends and when they will end. It looks like they would be active already, but they aren't.

How it should be:
Effects shouldn't be visible before they are active.
