New (speed) Server

Hello People,

I thought on an idea of server which maybe could work for an test.
How does it sound an server with following setup:
- server speed x100 (buildings, research, instruction and conquest)
- Alliance limit to max 5-10
- Hero Coins x10 from missions
- The price for everything remains the same

I don't know the internal building of server and if it supports this kind of setup.
what do you think?
and if i forget something please add to the list

how would it be to open a world for one month with 10 mil gold ??

even something along the lines of a speed of 10 x on building and troop movement would be great
with maybe max of 20 per alliance
and to make things harder you are unable to support out side your alliance
